Silver Needle

⭐3.5 Very interesting and unusual flavor profile for Silver Needle. Prominent vegetal taste like cooked runner beans, medium body, as the infusions progress the flavor turns more into raw peanut skin and shells, it feels very green and unripe overall, the vanilla is there but comes really at the end of the sessions and still far far away, like waving to a friend in the distance. I enjoyed the experience but feels like the tea isn't quite ready yet. I'm very curious to see how this ages, I have a feeling it will age very very well. I will store this for the following 2 years and update on it then.
