Purifying Foaming Cleanser

I’ve sent a complaint through the website as well as responded to an email confirmation, yet no one has responded and my email went in on July 2. I received this product wasting inside the package. This is not the first time for the same product. You need to do something at the manufacturing level because at this price point, I don’t need any of my product inside the mailer envelope. I do like the product and have been using it for years, but I’m tempted to start looking for something else, somewhere else.

I like the simple ease of use and the clean feeling it leaves behind.
