BBQ Greatness
I could not believe how big their large brisket was. I really believe it was bigger than the 10lbs-12lbs advertised.
The brisket was trimmed well with not to much fat removed and it was not overly fat.
The brisket was marbled well and smoked up nice and moist with plenty of flavor.

Brisket
The brisket was the best ! We had at least 3 meals and more since I froze the rest for later.That said I will be ordering the brisket soon. Could I have the hamburger order taken off reorder. I'm out of freezer storage! Lol Thank you so much for the service you all provide.
