A New Life!

I'm blessed with good eye sight and so I have never needed prescription glasses. However, if I went to the cinema to watch a film, or if I watched a film on television, or spent time on the computer screen, my eyes would be red (bloodshot) and quite sore for a few days afterwards. Along came smartphones, and prolonged use caused the same problem. So I more or less stopped viewing anything at all. Then, some years ago, I heard the founder of Ambr Eyewear speak on RTE 1 about the benefits of the company's glasses that actually filter out the blue light from modern screens. Soon afterwards I ordered a pair of these glasses. That's a few years ago now. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made! When I'm wearing my Ambr glasses, I can look at screens all day with absolutely no ill effect afterwards. No more sore eyes! I'm so glad that I can enjoy watching films again, knowing that once I'm wearing my Ambr glasses, my eyes will not be sore afterwards.

Great Glasses

Overall I'm very happy with the look 'n feel of the glasses. It feels like they reduce the strain on the eyes when working for prolonged periods on a screen. I just got them so I can't say anything about long term use. Would have given 5 stars but international shipping is something Ambr needs to work on. ;)
