The customer service rep was fantastic in getting the controller and questions I had. I don’t like what Autel did with two versions but I love the controller. It is so much nicer than using a small phone screen and was easy to pair with drone. Only drawback is more equipment to carry but that’sa small price to pay for me and you can still use phone if you want
