Poor Customer service and exchange policy

I recently ordered Socialite and unfortunately, it was not what I expected. I've purchased this scent in the past and absolutely loved it—it was my favorite among all the Lux fragrances I’ve tried. However, the product I received this time has only a faint trace of scent, and it completely fades within ten minutes of application. When I first ordered Socialite, the fragrance lasted all day, which is what made it stand out. Concerned that something had changed, I reached out to customer service to request an exchange. I was disappointed to learn that the return/exchange policy is quite rigid—you require the original packaging, the customer has to pay for return shipping, and there’s also a restocking fee. I find this frustrating, especially since the product I received seems significantly different from my original purchase. I don’t believe customers should be penalized for a potential inconsistency in the product’s formulation
