Pretty but hard to turn

Beautiful puzzle, designed to be difficult, but additional difficulty arrives in the form of wow, this is hard to turn. The puzzle jams and sticks when I try to move it. It seems like the plastic it is made of is not rigid enough to keep things where they belong. The puzzle is a bit large, and it seems to warp under its own weight. Maybe I am not holding it right. I've tried holding it at various angles, some are better than others, but none are great. If there is a way to disassemble the puzzle and try to lubricate or repair it, I have no idea. Given the large number of parts and the complexity of the design, I’m not sure I want to know. But I wish I could do something to make it more playable. I advise you to take pictures of the solved puzzle before scrambling until you get familiar with the puzzle. Especially with the difficult turning, figuring out what ought to go where is a big challenge.
