Fat & Weird Cookie - Sampler Pack

I really wanted to like these, but the overall experience just isn’t worth the hassle. My first order arrived with over half of them damaged. These cookies are soft and crumbly, which is great for texture, but not for shipping. I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they sent a replacement after opening a claim with UPS. Unfortunately, the second shipment had the same issue. One large and one small cookie were completely smashed, not just cracked, but basically in pieces, making them impossible to reheat without turning into a melted mess. The bigger issue is consistency and packaging. If I’m losing cookies in transit every time and having to go through customer service to fix it, the experience becomes frustrating fast. This might partially be on UPS, but there’s little to no padding or protection in the box, and these cookies are clearly fragile so the packaging needs to be improved.

Cookies are aweosme so far!
