Can't say much about this product really as I'm not even halfway through the course... Doing the dosage as required but so far not experiencing any major changes, not that I know what I'm supposed to be looking for mind but, still got five weeks yet so, you never know.... WIP I think..

Was advised to take these by a friend after I had to come of hrt. Was a bit sceptical at first but have found them really helpful in helping my feel well. Easy to swallow just one a day.

3verything about this company is excellant.thevreason for 4 stars is only that they don't do 300gms which I take.. I do buy my college tablets from Purolabs and their service is 10 out of ten....
