Not what I expected

This was over priced for only being 14 pages! The information could of been added to the recipe e-book or cleanse packet. I was hoping for more in-depth info, not the basics that is already online.

Parasite Cleanse

This felt like a deeper challenge than just a 10 day diet. There was a lot of hard work with all the cravings and clean eating I felt ver ugh supported during the cleanse and it’s something I’m really proud and grateful for. Taught me a lot about food and myself thank you.
