Terrible company. It’s been over a month and it has still yet to be delivered. Reached out to the company multiple times and received the same AI generated response. Needed it for a gift two weeks ago. Will not refund and basically said sorry about your luck. Still no explanation as to why it has taken so long. Appalled with the service
