Center of Night Relaxation
Every night, I am intentional and gentle with myself in laying on my mat for relaxation before bed. The way I feel the tension release helps me deepen into my breath. When I first received my mat, it was a mental dance of staying on it (because I decided my first mat should be advanced lol) but that quickly subsided. I now joyfully relax into the spikes and allow it to usher in peace. And baby when I tell you I go RIGHT to sleep while lying on it and as soon as I get in the bed after!!! It’s been so wonderful that I’ve bought several as gifts so they, too, can relax. Though my favorite is laying on my back, I find that switching it to my stomach and legs adds another dynamic. This is truly a gift to self or others that continuously soothes. So thankful!
