Stepping up my homebrew game

Just started homebrewing meads and ciders this year, and I wanted to give away something special to friends and family for the holidays. Bought the aging kit with the clarifiers, and my first attempt turned out perfect. I have a crystal clear spiced orange mead that tastes fantastic that I can store in my wine cellar until Christmas. I also have a batch of cranberry wine aging that will be ready in time for Thanksgiving--to drink at dinner and to send home with guests. Instructions were easy to follow and produced great results.
