I ordered this as a Christmas gift, and while it is beautiful, large, and very detailed, I have some concerns. The gem in the eye is not very visible, and the clasp broke off after just five months. It was on a heavy chain, never worn to bed, and was very well taken care of. I reached out to the shop via email three times, providing pictures, but I never received a response. As a result, I took the piece to a jewelry shop, where I spent $70 on repairs. I chose this online store to support local jewelers, but unfortunately, I experienced a significant lack of Customer Service .

Have bought gold and silver from NT and always impressed with craftsmanship. The jewlery is amazing and cistomer service is incredible with patience, answering questions and keeping you up to date with the process and shipping etc.
