Disappointing fit

We measured up prior to purchasing this item in a size 8 confident that we had purchased the correct size only to find it too small and sitting much shorter than it appears in marketing imagery. We purchased this at a discounted price aware that we could not refund or exchange but it's still a disappointment. It would be great to have the option to exchange in store where there is no cost to Aje.
