Oru Lake

Wore down quickly, but great product and great customer support

I've really enjoyed my Oru, including taking it on the local river and even kayaking to work! It is incredibly easy to use and is very portable - super carry-able and much more portable (and easier to dry and set up) than my friend's inflatable kayak. My Oru did wear down quickly. After a year there was a hole in the corner of the kayak that caused me to sink (fortunately I was rescued). I wish that the kayak was reinforced on the folded bottom, or that other measures were taked to reduce potential damage from regular use (particularly when carrying). With that said, customer service was very quick to respond to my email asking about the warranty, and they almost immediately sent me a new kayak that I got within a couple weeks. Huge!!!

Fun little kayak

I have the Beach and recently got the Lake for my wife. The Beach is better but the lake is still fun if your not trying to get anywhere fast, the bow turns a bit each time you row (while the Beach move straight and smooth). The Lake is so easy to carry, so lite and handy!

We love them! We take them kayak fishing and are incredibly sturdy. They are very fast to put together, about 1 minute and we are on the lake. We are always paddling away before the people with inflatable kayaks, regular trailer boats/kayaks even get ready to launch theirs. Theyre amazing!
