Decorative Fringe Throw Blanket

I contacted the company to let them know I did not receive the item, even though their records showed delivery. I responded and said it was not delivered, and my 24/7 security camera recordings prove it. I asked for them to try to see who received my item, and if unable to find it to have it sent to me, I requested a refund. The response was still the same - item shows delivery. So I bought the same item from another site and wasted money and time trying to get the item I paid for from Battilo Home.
