Mill Shop Wall Clock

The hour and minute hands are loose so the clock is useless as a clock. When the hands do move, they rub against other parts of the clock or get stuck in place. Total waste of money and not at all the quality I used to associate with the Howard Miller name! No wonder it was a clearance item where the sale was final (no returns).
