It has pockets!
I purchased this for my husband to wear for several upcoming events, golf, travel, cookouts, etc. it is a true blue and it has pockets! It does seem that lately arms are running long for both men and women. Because of the light weight of the fabric he can push them up a little. I bought him 2 in a medium.
