Happily Surprised

I'm so happy with these knives. To be transparent, I have a set of extremely high quality (and expensive) professional knives. The Our Place knife set compares favorably. The balance isn't quite perfect, and they are not statement pieces, but they work well, stay sharp, and are easy to hone when needed. It's a great basic set and I highly recommend them.

Knife Set

Very happy with these knives! I’d still been using my CIA knife & over the years, without my really noticing, it had become heavier & more unyielding as I became older & more fragile. The Our Place knives are a much better size, are much better balanced, & are easier to sharpen. Can’t thank you enough. As with all your products, it’s very clear you actually cook with them. Thank you!!!
