I didn’t even get to the benefits. It was completely unpalatable. It tastes like burnt molasses. :(

Power immune booster!
This is amazing for good health. While taking this I feel strong & I don't get seasonal allergies as before. It doesn't taste great so I put it in a capsule and that helps!
