No delivery

I had ordered a rainbow rose to be delivered to my wife on our wedding anniversary the 6th of September. I am working away and this would be a lovely gift to commemerate our special day. However having paid for the gift and arranged the delivery date I assumed all was taken care of,however my Wife received no gift and was obviously upset,not as much as I am so please refund me my money you happily took from me for nothing.
