Awesome quality leading to total enjoyment
In 50 years operating Restaurants and Hotels I have enjoyed excellent meat products and observed degrading of quality standards when it comes to the flavors enhanced by meat/fat ratios and aging. The Vermont Wagu steaks were some of the best I have tasted. Seared at 600 degrees and served very rare. Fat integrated with the meat without huge gobs allowed magnificent flavors and mouth feel to develop. They were so rich and flavorful that 3 of us were able to enjoy and be satisfied by sharing just one steak. Thank you for this experience, we will be back for more!

Absolute BEST
Vermont WAGYU BEEF is the Absolute Best tasting and most tender beef we have ever purchased. They are Highly recommended for their Excellent products.
