Brow Pomade

New to brow pomade- love it

This was my first time ever using a brow pomade, and I absolutely love it! The REFY brow pomade was so easy to apply and gave my brows beautiful definition while still looking natural. I was honestly surprised by how easy it was to get a polished look. Definitely a new favorite! ✨

I unfortunately bought the wrong color pomade and I had to return/exhange my product for another color. I had contact customer service to inquire about the returns policy. All I have revieved is automated messages, no assitance or clarity whatsoever. I submitted my 1st return request which was denied even though I submitted picutres showing the unopened unused products. I reached out again and submitted additional pictures, then my request was approved. I HAD TO PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN COSTS AND I WONT EVEN BE REFUNDED THE SHIPPING COST OF MY INITAL PURCHASE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, IT COST ME THE SAME AMOUNT TO RETURN AS THE INITAL PURCHASE. Then I reach out to the Refy team to confirm they recieved my return package, I get an automated message saying I would have to wait TWO WEEKS FOR EITHER MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE BECAUSE WHO KNOWS WHAT I WILL GET AS IT WAS NEVER CLARIFIED.

The brow Pomade gives good shape and definition to the brows. I highly recommend!
