Still loving British Supplements

I take Zinc from BS as part of my Vit D3 & K2 stack, it enhances results, along with Magnesium,Vit C. from reading up on zinc modern farming techniques have reduced the availability of it in our food so a supplement is good. I can’t pin point which vitamin is helping what, as I m also taking another stack, but I do know I m feeling better in myself, more energy. Plus this zinc is tiny and easy to swallow. I love BS products, ethos and service.

Ive been ordering from BS for a couple of years now and have recommended them a lot! I like Chris's honesty and the fact the products are not bulked out with any rubbish added. I feel fitter and my skin, nails and hair have definately improved, general health good and sleep so much better. Im a 61 year old woman and my stack is as follows: Vit D+K2, Vit C, Zinc, Turmeric, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, Collagen and Magnesium Glycinate. I researched and chose based on what I want at my age, good hair, skin, nails, protect my joints and bones, support and protect my immune system, keep my brain healthy and a good night sleep.

Not sure yet

I've been using this supplement for nearly a month and I'm not sure yet if it is helping. I know that certain supplements take time to have an effect so I will keep hoping. I bought this as I read that it may help alongside other supplements with hair thinning and hair loss. I am 73yrs old and have been a type 2 diabetic for sixteen years. It could be that taking Metformin long term is a possible cause. The GP says there is nothing they can do as my iron levels are fine. I'm getting a little desperate for help so I am trying anything . BS is a great supplier . I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend their products.
