Great table but. . .

The finish is somehow disappointing. The table has obviously been spray-painted, and the inside of the gaps between the slats haven't. Also it had scratches when delivered and all I was offered was a touch-up pen to make it right. All in all, a great design but probably not on par with Fermob or Emu, unfortunately - both on quality and customer service.

Good product and after sales care

The entire process from ordering, purchase, delivery and updates from Case went very well. The delivery was even two hours earlier than estimated. Earlier that day, I received a call from Aoife at Case to inform me that damage to the packaging had been noted and that I should inspect closely before accepting the consignment. Worry not, the damage had not affected the product which was easily put together and is of very good quality

A really good, bold table which feels at home in our garden. On top of this, it is weather and rust resistant which is very reassuring. Delivery and assembly went seamlessly! Very happy with our purchase
