Great product!

The additional hardware works perfectly. It was simple to install. The installation instructions were included within the regular kit. The pics are a little small but I was able to see the diagram and measurements. I loved having this option for hanging the lift.

Terrible customer service

Issues with the installer that they provided. They are believing the installer and not helping me out at all. I do not recommend using this lift or their installers at all. Terrible customer service.
