Worked great, with the help of youtube and this tool my first few servings came out pretty good! My first tool like this so I don't know how valuable my review might be. I was surprised to find the body is plastic, I was expecting it to be lightweight metal; in that light it seemed a bit pricey. in use I had no issues and the design seems spot on. Lancaster shipping even for small items is very rigid and high BUT the speed of shipped - delivery is unmatched!
