An excellent “family” mystery, designed for older kids and adults. Great for kids 12+ to do on their own and 9+ for kids working with grown-up help.
Everyone knows there are rules to time travel. Don’t change the past. Don’t leave anything ...

We were very disappointed.
I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent experience with "Escape the Master Loop."
The storyline did not seem to follow through. The initial letter sets out a mission to return something back in time, but once that location is found, the mission is not completed. Instead, the focus shifts to solving other ciphers that do not advance the the first objective of the story.
I purchased this for my 11-year-old grandson, who is an avid reader and loves mysteries, but he ultimately lost interest. We had three of his friends and four adults with university degrees in math, science, education, and law assisting, and we still had to consult the website several times to ensure we were on the right track.
This was our second Mail Order Mystery, but unfortunately, it will be our last.

Great Birthday Gift
My four nephews, ages 9-12, loved their Mystery puzzles, which I sent them for their birthdays. The younger boys engaged an older sibling when they hit a snag and all thoroughly enjoyed solving the mysteries. I will be buying another one for my niece when her birthday arrives on the fall. Thanks for a great birthday gift idea. I don’t think I’ll be able to top this one!

It was fun for adults
We do not have kids so were a little worried it would not be fun, but it worked great as a way to work through the puzzles together. Thank You.
