Product arrived flat packed and secured on a pallet along with other bench and cupboard module items that I purchased to complete a neat and uniform look for my garage storage needs. Shelf depth and module height exactly as needed which I couldn't get in a complete set anywhere else. Easy straight forward assembly following well laid out instructions. Looks good, solid and a well made product. My experience with ordering and discussing my needs for this product has been excellent.
