Great but has some drawbacks

The product does essentially what it’s supposed to bring the infant forward more in the chair, giving the infant more access to the full tray. However, when you have an infant that likes to throw his or her head back, it constantly hits the plastic the chair cushion seat cushion does not extend over top of it and with enough padding additionally, if you have a larger child, the insert does not last very long. There is no middle insert when the child is too large for this one however too small for just the chair itself.

Awesome insert

Great insert, so glad Lalo offers this! My first baby was a big baby so I wasn't in need of this but my second born is much smaller starting foods so this has been a game changer for comfortability in the chair.

Super Helpful

This has been so helpful for the highchair. Our little one needs a little extra support, and this helps her be secure and safe in the high chair. The cushion also fits easily over it, which I appreciate.
