Great customer service
My Sam the sloth was lost in the mail and I was so distraught. After some investigation I still didn't locate him. I reached out to customer care and they replaced him for free. I will definitely be buying others! Wonderful customer service. I really felt heard and cared for. 10/10

I'm 67 years old and i got this to help with my panic and anxiety attacks at bedtime. It really does help , I lay it on my low chest across the top of my stomach and the weight of it and cuddling it helps me to fall asleep. Also its adorable and very well made. The way it's made the weight stays in it's legs and belly and doesn't bunch up. Thank you Hugimals

Sammy the sloth!!
I have officially COMPLETED my Hugimals world family!! Sammy was the final one I needed and I have a happy family now!! I can’t recommend Hugimals enough!! I love the comfort of having something to hold and love on. He did arrive with a hole I had to stitch on the back of his neck but I stitched him up!! Very comforting!! ☺️
