Our pooch is really partial to a sprat or three.
These are a great product to include in the daily treat bowl. We weigh out a portion of treats at the start of the day, as part of the food allowance for the day.
The beauty of these is that they don't weigh a great deal so the dog gets to have a few of these treats throughout the day.
The niff a bit, but our dog finds the smell very appealing and is keen to get her paws on them when offered up. Plus, they provide all the benefits of oily fish in a treat-sized portion. They come in a resealable bag so the smell can be contained.
These are, in our opinion, much better than the frozen sprats, which frankly we found to be a bit gross to handle.
Our small to medium-sized dog has no issues eating these and has never appeared to choke, so we are relaxed about when we give her these treats. Though to be fair, she normally wolfs them down straight away.
