Scrape Flutter

I love SSNYC. Always a great sonic discovery awaiting. Mid-Fi pedals are exactly what players like me look for. Something that undeniably transcends all sonic boundaries.

Beautiful ugliness

Perfect for the gnarly tape sound without the usual modulation common to most lo-fi tape warble pedals. This is more like retracting tape from a walkman after it has chewed it up or having to yank your tape back from under tarmac as the council finally get round to resurfacing your street. Doug at Mid-Fi is a master at the tape effects, so you're in safe hands with this one.

A dash of wobble and static

Nice addition to my pedal board. I have a pedal that can also spit out random staticky artifacts, but it is really an overdrive that doesn't play well with my other overdrives. The Scrape Flutter is something I can add on top of any of my overdrive or fuzz pedals. I like having something I can add in as desired. It does work best if fine tuned to the specific other pedal I have on, but can also just be cranked up to always be spitting out some random noise. And the tape wobble thing is great too.
