Missing Link Program

Already improved my vert
It's a solid program , I would've like more of a break down and slow motion of certain postioning. Since, my previous for I manage to have a 40+ inch max vertical. Torso leaned forward, both feet would land at the same time and my body was really intense and I wasn't great at translating speed. So would've been cool to see how you would break down each wrong positions and the benefits of the correct positions in correlation. As a personal trainer , alot of the stuff is clicking each day. For example the block foot at first I would slightly go up before placing it and realized that takes away from the load on the plant foot so now I stay low.

Robin Gibson - Review after 3 sessions
I'm onto my second week of the Missing Link and am already seeing the benefits in the program. The only downsides are trying to allow myself to get things without feeling disheartened. It's a completely different way of training for me and at times I can struggle with the annoying fact that I can't get everything right straight away; learning to let myself get things wrong is harder than I thought! Looking forward to the whole process and progressing my skill
