Sturdy steamer
This steamer is sturdy and better than the ones you can buy for dim sum, but that’s because it has to sit directly on the pan so needs to be more durable. As it’s bigger than dim sum baskets you put inside a steamer, I can put more dim sum in at a time, instead of using two different pans to steam.
