In Mexico, the couriers do not admit natural hair in the packages they have to carry, arguing the US does not allow it. I would have had to pay the packages and risk loosing the money if they were not allowed in the US.

My 8 year old Shih Tzu has been having some issues with her skin and nothing has helped. The vet cannot figure it out.
