A friend of my had purchased the collar kit, I did misplace the cable, this has been a life saver, so easy to use. Customer service has been great, I reached out to them when I noticed my address was not correct on the package and unfortunately the package was returned to them, so I reached out with this information and provided them with the order number and a new one was immediately sent out to me. Great costumer service. Would definitely recommend it.

Invirox dog equipment is the best.

I have three collars for just one dog . Keep one in the truck one in the garage and a spare. I lost one charging cord and wanted a replacement. I have used these for almost four years and train with others who have more exotic and more expensive brands. I will put my invirox up against any of them.
