I had a really good experience ordering through thorum my fiancé loves the ring he got however it was a little bit to big so we had to do an exchange but it was super simple and easy to do the exchange and still came within a decent time I am very pleased with my experience! Thank you

Made my first purchase and it was perfect, however a little snug. We did use the provided paper ring measurements, but I still had to return the original order. The exchange process was so easy and stress free, and the turnaround time was within a week. Very happy with this product!
