I live in a life care facility. "Zack" brings groceries in from the car, collects used towels and sheets from residents, delivers some packages, and takes laundry to the washer and dryer. It works very well for those duties. It does NOT like elevators. It's like dogs here, reluctant to get on an elevator, and very nervous when they do. I sometimes need to stop it and manually turn it. It's a curiosity for any who see it.

I have the large one specifically to use for taking things to and from our swimming pool and some outbuildings. It’s especially great for me because I walk with a cane, so I just fill Gita up and walk her out to where I need whatever she is carrying for me. Much easier than making several runs carrying things back and forth, even if I didn’t have the walking issue
