I love the different choice of mixed spices and I am thoroughly enjoying using them in all sorts of creations. I have turned rice pudding into pumpkin pie, Semolina into gingerbread ! Let your imagination run with these wonderful flavours. I would like to know the percentage of "filler", rice flower to a tin of mixed spices. Overall, I am extremely happy and a few friends will be getting the four tin selection boxes for Christmas.

Spice Heaven

This collection of spices has been just wonderful and has imbued my cooking with pizazz! We are still using them and love the variety of flavours and will be back to buy more fantastical flavours.The presentation tins just add to the whole experience and are a pleasure to look at in their own right.
