ECD 24 Pack + Starter Kit

We are excited to now have a full complement of ECD cards to work with larger groups. It is true that individuals having a deck to sort through adds to the experience. It helps people focus, make individual decisions about what to share, how much to share, and how deep to lean into the process. The tactile nature of sorting through the cards is also great circuit breaker for unhelpful team dynamics. I can’t wait to put these cards to work more broadly with teams.

I work in the Pacific with adult leaders. We meet across the year to facilitate leadership development. ECD is a cornerstone of our programme. We utilise the cards and various canvases to encourage human conversations and insights right across the spectrum- whether the topic is Org Culture, future scenario planning, understanding-self or as prompts and levers for difficult conversations. We encourage participants to also utilise the cards within their own teams, families and communities and have seen remarkable downstream ripples from this.
