Mark One

Nice pens but some issues

I purchased two pens and a refill. Unfortunately, one of the pens came with an ink cartridge that did not work, and the other has an issue with the push-button mechanism. Once it is clicked into the writing position, it will not release unless I unscrew the pen. I sent two emails to Studio Neat regarding these issues but never received a response. While I think the pens are well-designed and look great, I am disappointed with the quality control, especially considering the premium price I paid. I'm equally disappointed that no one from the company acknowledged or responded to either of my emails. I expected much better customer service from a company with Studio Neat's reputation.

Design Elegance

What makes the Mark One such a fantastic pen is not the amazing painted finish, or the high quality mechanism, or even the fact that it accepts the best refills. It is the beauty of its minimalist design and elegance.

Excellent products

I have been a fan of Studio Neat for a while and finally pulled the trigger on getting a Mark One pen and notebook — the build quality is fantastic and writing is super smooth. So happy!
