This year I my goal is to reach 10 strict ring muscle-ups, and I wanted to add some accessories and alternative training patterns. This program has been perfect!
Over the 8 weeks I have moved from 4-6 reps and 7 is feeling close.

Entering my forth week at the program and i’m already feeling the strength increasing! During wods with multiple pull ups, my kipings are becoming lighter and lighter. I’m really happy with the results (already) and really enjoing the work sessions!!
