The quality nor the fit of the shoe is definitely not the issue.. the only problem for me is that it took way too long to ship. I thought i got scammed for a moment. However when i messaged customer service they were helpful.

Shipping label was created on March 31 but I have not received the shoes. I will be glad to give a better rating when I get the shoes
