The perfect all rounder
Adam is super sharp straight out of the box and looks amazing sitting on the chopping board. For cooks with big hands the height of the blade leaves plenty of room between the tang and the chopping board, making it really easy to get a good chop or rolling action. The carbon steel takes a little more care and effort but it’s definitely worth it! I’d highly recommend C&A knives!

Knife looks beautiful and super sharp straight out of the box. After first use and applocation of mineral oil the patina began to show. Ive found this knife to be the perfect all rounder!
