Phenomenal Customer Service
The product arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, with multiple free samples. The cap and spray head had dislodged in transit causing a tiny amount of leakage. On flagging the issue with E&B, the product was immediately replaced, despite the fact that I didn't request a replacement. Superb service and a truly rich, high quality scent, perfect for these wintry months.
