I previously purchased this item and was in love the packaging and the product. I recently purchased again as a birthday gift for a friend. The postal service seems to have lost my delivery. I reached out to Intoxicated Cosmetics via email and the customer service is amazing. Rachel was quick to respond and help me to resolve my issue!
