Outstanding service! The rack is clean, simple and easy to install. I am not convinced the buckles on the ski straps are the correct ones. They tend to slip loose when you only have skis attached. My guess is they work great for snowboards. As a result, I use ski straps in addition to the ratchet buckle straps to confidently secure skis to the rack. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.
