BMW 1250 GSA EuroMount Backcountry Panniers

I was traveling Australia some months ago. I packed my bike after camping the night & (unfortunately) forgot to lock in my panniers to the rack. The right pannier released from the rack & rolled down the (Bitumen) road at 100km/h. I must say I was more than happy with the result, with little damage to the contents & only minor damage to the pannier, I was lucky, I could straighten the lock mechanism, re-fit the pannier & be on my way. I contacted Madison at Mosko Moto to give the positive feedback. Madison offered to have the pannier repaired at no cost to me, this was in no way, expected. Rather than send the pannier back to the factory, it was suggested I have the minor repaired completed local & send the invoice to Mosko Moto. Madison sent me 2 x new buckles, a Noso patch kit & 2 x new locks. The gear arrived in Australia (from the USA) within a week. I hope this gives us all an even greater appreciation of how good this equipment & customer service is…. Regards Rich.

Good day. I purchased these as a backup in case something happens. Can't be too prepared in a fall. Thanks for such a sturdy non plastic easy to break part. As always, you make great products with thought and experience.
